Adventure Centre (Skypark/Kayaks)

Participants of the skypark acknowledge that it is an adventure activity that takes place at great heights above the ground. Langebaan Adventures t/a West Coast Adventure centre cannot be held liable for any bodily harm cause during the activity. However our guides are trained to deal with any minor injuries and we will do our best to prevent all incidents.

0 tolerance on alcohol consumption.

Management reserves the right to amend/cancel/add terms & conditions without notice.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission to unruly guests who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or any banned substances.

The right of admission to the Resort is reserved at all times.
No visitors are allowed in the residential areas.
Pets are not permitted on the Resort.

Payments & Cancellations:
There will be no refund in the event of a no-show by guests on the activity date.
Management reserves the right to cancel any transfer or activity due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, insufficient passengers and/or unfavorable sea or weather conditions.
In case of weather cancellation, weather conditions are judged exclusively by the management of Tropico Charters. Guest must report for the service/activity unless notified by Tropico Management.
In the event of a cancellation by Management, a full refund will be given on the amount paid.
In the event of a refund, we can only refund via the same method of payment using the same account number that was used to make the initial payment.
Should we receive cancelation notification less then 48hrs prior to a trip from guests a refund is unable to be processed.

Third party bookings (booking office or concierge bookings) – are required to request clients card details for all reservations.
We do not accept International Fund Transfers due to certain international bank charges that may be incurred.

Indemnity:
All guests are required to sign an indemnity form for all activities they are participating in prior to departure of the activity.
If a guest refuses to sign the indemnity form, the guest will not be able to partake in the activity nor receive a refund.
The indemnity form must be signed by a parent/legal guardian for minors under the age of 18.
Any unaccompanied child, 18 or under, requires the indemnity to be signed by a parent/legal guardian prior to the activity.
